July 18th, 2008 · No Comments
Some of the people who I mentor and coach want to know how to deal powerfully with discrimination whist moving ahead in the work place. They would like to achieve higher management positions and to be viewed as credible specialists in their fields of employment. I sometimes work with people who are in this position, who maybe feeling blocked. By being specific about what is actually going on in their world and looking at the impact of discrimination as a traumatic event which can cause issues to those around who witness, hear or experience it directly, workers can achieve an understanding about how to obtain wellbeing.

Free Internet Dating - Why Free is Better
June 25th, 2008 · No Comments
Given a choice between a paid dating site on the internet and free internet dating, you will find several reasons why a free site is actually preferable to a paid site.
Cost
The obvious reason why a free internet dating site is better is because it is free. Of course, you need to make certain that there are no surprises in the site once you join. The name ‘free’ attached to a site no longer means that it is of lower quality. In fact, free sites are sometimes even higher quality than the paid sites, since the members must be attracted through the use of the quality of the components found there. Don’t let yourself be led into the fallacy that quality is guaranteed by paid memberships. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Do you have friends? Of course you do. So do I. Do you see your friends? Do you grab lunches, take walks, chat on the phone? If your answer to these questions is yes, then Bravo! However, if you’re like me, you may feel as if you don’t have time to cultivate and nurture friendships.
The people that we meet when we are immersed in school or our first jobs, are the ones that become true friends because we have the luxury of time. Time to hang out, time to share ups and downs and time to share experiences.

June 15th, 2008 · No Comments
Almighty God took His chosen people who had been rescued delivered released and set free, and led them to this wonderful sanctuary, and at the foot of Mount Sinai, He leads them to camp for a season. We read of all this in Exodus Chapter 19.
God has this desire to impress His chosen people, and like the burning bush, everything is rather unusual and supernatural.
The first lesson which God wants to teach His people is that He is HOLY. This is not a lesson frequently taught in these present days.

You Cant Get There From Here
June 13th, 2008 · No Comments
A man stops to ask directions, only to be told, “You can’t get there from here. If you were in Freeport, you could get there, but you can’t get there from here.”
So he asks how to get to Freeport. “See. That’s the hard part. You can’t get to Freeport.”
We laugh, but too many of us are behaving as if this were serious information about the journey called life. If, in fact, you can call stuck-in-a-rut a journey at all.
